... 8217;s sprawling parking lots to Boundary Channel Drive and across Boundary Channel to rejoin the Mount Vernon Trail. As I approached the 14th Street Bridge, it began raining as if I were already in Southeast Asia – a torrential downpour that developed almost out of nowhere. I was drenched in a minute as I crossed the bridge, then took shelter at the U.S. Bureau of Engraving & Printing with a group of 15 or so tourists to wait out the monsoon.
... Colored ball point pens for the kids ;-) I am sure I have forgotten something...but for now Happy Trails and I am looking forward to many unique "Tripulations" on this adventure of a lifetime.
Summary of flight: Denver to Seattle to Tokyo to Bangkok, Thailand. We will spend 2 nights in Bangkok; assembling the bikes, obtaining train tickets and recovering from jet lag. Will write soon!
... what is going on and how I'm feeling, but I have no doubt that I will be. As classes change and I am thrown out of my comfort zone again I will face a whole new group of people and courses. I am a little nervous about switching up my schedule already, but I figure if I did it first semester, it can only become easier to adapt from here on out.
