... After my long day I took a hot bath in a bath that fit fifty other men! Everything about Hangzhou is grand and huge, I wish to stay here for as long as possible. My top five of my entire trip would have to be:
1. My arrival in Hangzhou
2.Visiting the Industrial Quarter in Merv
3. Meeting the scholar in Baghdad
4. Seeing the Mogao Caves in Dunhuang

... to shame) (4 Seasons). Unfortunately, we will not be staying here for long, which is why I can't get to see even more sights here. On the bright side, I tried the You Dong Er, a scrumptious crispy turnip snack(Go To Hz). You would think that turnips back then would have tasted terrible, but it smelled like KFC! Anyway, I have to get back to the ship. We have upgraded the small ship and are sailing on a junk all the way to India!

... room and able to call mum and dad and tell them about the hell of a night. Shortly after i arrived I got a knock on the door and it was emmelyn and the other girls. Turns out both of their flights were delayed and that they had gotten in a 1 something and the bus was there ! Surprise surprise. ... all the dirt, Wuhan has a special charm. I'm not saying I'm on the next plane back here, but the people, food, and general intimacy of it all are very special for a city so big. It makes many people stay for the long haul. Even though they tried to find a way out, it pulled them back in. It doesn't boast the most spectacular tourist attractions, but it did have some very interesting places that the locals frequent.

We avoided anything with a face still on it as we warmed up to Chinese cuisine resulting in quite a bit of veggies.
