Fun in the Philippines
Manila to Boracay, Philippines. 29/09/2012 - 05/10/2012
After a bit of an epic fail at the airport we eventually made it to Manila. (Doug booked our flight on the wrong day but I'm to blame too for not checking!) So we got off the plane in Manila, to get a taxi, to get on a bus, to get on a tricycle and eventually made it to Tagaytay. ... down the beach, a resort with the most stupid name I have ever heard, called 'Nigi Nigi Nu Noos'. Despite the name, it was a real nice place with a large and clean family room with wifi, a rudimentary kitchen and a great restaurant and bar right out front. Arrive back in Sydney just after 7pm (after a 2-hour time change) to be greeted by Lisa and Anna.

From Roxas it was a quick transfer by tricycle to take us across the town to pick up a van to the city of Kalibo. Two hour journey, full of beautiful scenery all the ...
