We approached the woman behind the first desk, nose pierced, knotted hair and asked "we want to go travelling?" at first she didn't say anything, but her response was written all over her face "no ****". But in a more diplomatic answer she replies "where do you want to go?". To be honest we hadn't a clue, we filled our arms with all the brochures they had to offer, walked out and had a thorough read through. After much deliberation we set ...

Ultimately we arrived in time for dinner and we enjoyed a really pleasant night with Wendy and John.

We were staying in the Cambridge Hotel in Huddersfield which is a really good hotel.....Sue was keen to stay here ...

Day 19

... her and had a look at the Christmas shop and bought some things. When we had finished looking at the shops we started to walk to te bus stop and get the sightseeing tour bus back to the train station because we had to be there by 6:00pm to get the train at 6:30 back to Huddersfield. It's ridiculous how in Scotland you have to pay 30p to go to the toilet. The train left Edinsburgh Waverley station at 6:30 and we stopped at York on the way to ...
