Also thinking about the Scots and their vote next week to secede from the United Kingdom. Most people I ask about it think that the Scottish people will not vote to leave Queen and Country, but I kinda think they might,. I mean, WE did it, right? Barbara's father was a chauffer employed at the Manor for years starting probably in the early 1900s. Rolling out the hotel driveway the GPS said we had 30kms to go which seemed about right from memory looking at Google Maps the night before. So he we are motoring along through the Yorkshire Dales, up and down, knocking the kms off until we get to Barnsley.
Barnsley....I don't remember Barnsley on the map.....what are we doing here? Anyway we only had 1.5 kms to reach our destination so we persisted ...
