Finals & Fun, Day 2! [Day 87]

1:10PM: Just finished my Intercultural Paper - ten minutes over my goal, not too bad! We keep hearing gunshot noises from our tower, and heard them last night, too - took us a little while to figure out it's the moat cracking. Warmer today, with some rain (stop washing away my pretty snow!).

Finals & Fun, Day 1! [Day 86]
... an hour after lunch. Aaron made a fun discovery - if you crack or break the ice of the moat it makes this crazy metallic resonation. Honestly no idea how to describe it, but it echoes around the moats. Also, the ceiling of our tower is making strange noises, and I'm waiting for the roof to fall in.
5:30PM: Done with Lit! Not sure how I did; we'll see. Chetwynd has a way of wording questions where they look really confusing but ...
Well, It's a Winter Wonderland [Day 85]
... to snow-related music, and eating my Sinterklaas chocolate.
I have two more pieces of Belgian chocolate for myself and I'm using it as a bribe - can't eat them until my two essays are finished, and preferably all of my studying as well!

Arcen was amazing! Alex, Marin, Aaron, and I ended up going. It was VERY cold going there and back, but that was really the only downside. It's a little expensive - €12.50 for 2.5 hours - but well worth it. There are 3 outdoor pools that you get with that ...
First Day of School! [Day 4]
Kim and Sam and I stayed up a bit too late last night just talking, so I'm a little tired. Sadly a little cloudy and chill and damp today. But it's the first day of school! And I'm actually really excited. Today I have Intercultural Communications and Lit Foundations. Will update later once I've taken them!
