    Glorious day with less wind!

    Windy days have been the norm so we are pleased that today seems a little less windy!

    We venture into the sea again.....it always seems a bit cold but we do get used to it fairly quickly!

    Whilst swimming a baby seagull lands on Marjory's head........somewhat surprised she thinks it is David messing about but alas it as not!

    We collected the car this morning and an went off exploring the island. We ventured north westwards found some great places and had lunch at a cafe near the National Park. In the afternoon went to the Timanfaya National Park and took the bus around the volcanoes. This was an amazing 45 minutes drive and only cost. 9 euros per person. We both took …

    We explored Playa Blanca and relaxed on the beach and at the hotel. Found some interesting restaurants which will be worth investigating later.

    We arrive on the Fred Olsen ferry at about 5.35 pm, collect our luggage and hop in a taxi. We arrive at the hotel and once again are greeted very warmly. We enquire about upgrades and meal options and are to,d that. Have already been allocated a sea view room and that we could buy one or more dinner vouchers or upgrade to All Inclusive. We decide …
