    Yesterday’s cycling was beyond my comfort zone – I had saddle soreness and my calves were in pain. Now I am feeling the after effects. My rear end has swollen up in the saddle area and is feeling hot and tender right now. My shoulders ache, and I feel a bit jaded; almost like I have a hangover.
