    ... At 20:00 we leave what has become a very wet and windy Bangkok behind us in the darkness and set off north.
    We have very comfy seats and as usual the bus is decorated with fancy curtains and pictures on the walls everywhere. A little worrying is the fact that on the glass partition directly in front of me looks more like a wreath than a display of flowers ?!!
