Hermes Mykonos Town

Delos is an incredibly interesting place. The entire island is a collection of ruins where no one is allowed to stay on the island overnight so everyone who visits are day trippers&#8212;most of whom are staying in Mykonos. Took the hydroplane from Santorini to Mykonos. Stayed right on the beach and the cruise ships docked right down the beach. Island topography not as dramatic as Santorini but very nice. Surprised how dry and little vegetation on both islands. Got my whole body in the Mediterranean not just my feet (no pictures of that !!)

Nick was obviously chilly, but the temperature was confirmed by a local man who drove his scooter up to the shore, stripped, ran to the ocean, dived into the waves, and headed back out for the day looking a little less manly.
