For me it could have been any cute house anywhere. Then after a longer line for the washroom we hopped back on our van and headed down to Ephesus. Parts of the site especially the library reminded me of Petra. One of the more awesome sites were the terrace houses. We spent about 1.5 hours ...

... many bumpy roads we were do pleased to get there. After going through customs we were pleased to be sitting on the ferry at 9am. We left at 9.30 and had a 50 minute journey to Kos. The journey was comfortable as we arrived a number of huge Gulets left packed with people off to sail around the island. By the time we got off the ferry it was 10.30am and we had until 5.30pm to take in some of the sights. We decided to have a drink then look at the map and decide what ...

But for Ben and I it was just the right amount of time - a restful break with some regrouping, but not enough to get ...

... It was plentiful and delicious... But certainly not cheap. We were all to tired to walk around after dinner and headed straight back in a taxi. We have been upgraded to two x 2-bedroom suites which are next door to each other there are no interconnecting rooms here), and so we have the strange situation whereby everyone has their own room; Alex has the king size bed in the kids' room (it was her turn to choose first), Mitch is in the second room on a single ...

... him to take us door-to-door in a private shuttle for a rate in line with the bus. He negotiated the price from 400TL to 200TL for the group. The 40TL per person was more than the 25 for the bus, but we'd also have to hire a shuttle to the bus station in Kusadasi and then again in Denizli. We decided that the difference in price ($5) was worth the convenience and time (1-2 hours), so we asked "dad" to ...
