Despite the fact that there was well over 200 rooms in the roundhouse for some reason there was no toilet or showers in it at all and I had to make a 5 minute walk to get to the travel agents to use either. As an additional consideration they locked the door at 8pm sharp, if you were in you were in for the night and if you were out, well tough.     The Tulou's were beautiful even if it was raining. It almost even added to the effect of the old culture. Some tulous have been remodeled and been made into hotels to include electricity. Others remain tattered and on their last breath.
