So, having both just finished our jobs we "only" need to empty the house, sell the car, get a tenant and pack our bags before setting off on our 3 month trip! Can't believe it has all come around so quickly, and really can't wait until we set off next Friday.

As most of you will know by now, I have made it home. Usually people add safe and sound to that but I arrived back in the UK with a sore arm (it was killing me after a fall on some pretty hard and slippy tiles at Orla's house) that turned out to actually be broken.

I realise that there is a huge gap in my blog...I may fill in the details over the next few weeks or so...
