I wanted to see a drag show and was told there was one. So I went and had a look but it was only a drag bar. No gay performances in Amsterdam, fancy that! Before coffee and we are properly awake, we meet our Trafalgar tour group at 5am. I would put us in the younger category of the group of 50. There are about a dozen Aussies amongst us, including unfortunately, some StKilda supporters.

Our Tour Director's name is "Louigee" – a French sounding Italian, living in London, married to a Phillipino. His appearance closely resembles Dr Evil and his laugh that of Austin Powers.

I checked in and went up to my room, and the window was open, allowing the rain to come in and had soaked my bed, so not a great start to my stay in Amsterdam, I was not in a good mood.
