We stopped at the port of Corfu. The only way to really get around the island is to take an excursion. At least it was for us. We were going to see a Monastery in the village of Palaiokastritsa and to the village of Gastouri to visit the 19th century Achilleion Palace.

... 8221; with the best of them.
Within a few days I have lost my voice (it still hasn’t returned a week later) and I have been naked or in smugglers more often than not.
The tables have become our stage for bohemian rhapsody mimes and people are buying speedos from the local stores, the brighter the better. Togas are donned in the customary underwear-free fashion and our health is deteriorating rapidly!
