Corniglia was the tiniest of towns but beautiful, and I paused there to drink a cafe latte and people watch before moving on to Manarola. Halfway down the trail to Manarola, it suddenly dead ended, the trail was closed. For rock slides or reconstruction; I'm not entirely sure what the italian posting said on the fence barring my way.
