... is closed. But there is a long trail that goes up and in the mountains. We decided to be brave and try the longer trail... and let us tell you, it was NOT a walk of love. It was two and a half hours of hiking, at least one of those hours was spent going straight up a steep slope. Walking uphill normally isn't a problem for us, but this wasn't just uphill... it was up-mountain! Tanner did great! He was able to sing the whole way up. away again. What started out as
another hot day, with little on the agenda, has ended with us now just getting
back to our apartment and it is 12.30.
I am so excited that I couldn't go to sleep now if I tried.
We left this morning for an Olive Oil festival in a little town
called Lievi, not far from Chiavari.
