Onwards to find the Dolomites

Soon I was back to about 1000m altitude and the white stuff had gone and the warm sunshine had warmed the air temp to a wonderful 12 Celsius. The road was now perfectly dry and was great for riding on. I flew along keeping up with the other cars well above the speed limit as they all seem to do here in Italy. At this rate I would be at the Dolomites in no time at all..............or so I thought!!

Left padova train to Verona from there suppose to be a fast train to Bolzano, yes it broke down so were put on normal fast regional train, bugger, only ended up 30mins longer somehow normally 90 mins. Starting the dolomite way
... Austria. Everything is written in German, Italian and english. We ate dinner and had a great pizza and an amazing apple strudel for dessert (see the Facebook photo!) unfortunately for us we didn't have enough time to wander its small streets and boutique shops, as tomorrow we are having a most exciting day - driving on the grand dolomite way.
