After we had checked in we went for a walk and managed to find a café which was open for dinner. I got a sandwich and one of the best hot chocolates I've had in a long time. It was really nice and we will probably go back there. Once we walked back it was already dark and the snow is settling still, I think it could get pretty deep!
... Allmendingen to begin my reality! My final adventure for the festive season was celebrating New Year at our friend Sebastian's house in Ulm, about half an hour from Allmendingen. We all enjoyed a delicious raclette which is a traditional Swiss dish where you melt cheese and roast vegetables on a grill.
