Lovely friendly hotel

Just got back from Killarney Hights Hotel, the service was brillent , the food was great, and the staff were very friendly and very helpfull, and the hotel is really clean, we will return and stay longer next time , thanks to Mary behind the reception, and the girl in the dining room, you are very welcoming and great to see a smiling face, thank you , brian & breda, Cork City
We love this hotel so much we held our wedding reception there!

The Heights has always been top on our list of hotels in Ireland and we had our wedding reception there in Sept 2005. We have been back many times since for lunch, dinner, drinks etc and every time we have found no fault with either the staff or the hotel itself. We had about 20 guest from the UK for our big day and they all loved it as well.
Great hotel

Stayed here saturday 11th Feb. Really good hotel. 20min. walk into town. Rooms were spotless, seperate shower & bath. Great bar, good atmosphere, & a superd choice for breakfast. Will definately stay here again.

I spent 3 days at the killarney heights hotel with my partner. We found the staff to be friendly, helpful and genuinely pleasant. The meals we enjoyed in the hotels restaurant were top class and our accommodation was modern, comfortable and excellent value for money. I have already planned my return trip..
Just the worst foof ever

We had made a terrible mistake in going to the Killarney Heights Hotel. The food and the service were the worst we have encountered in a long time. All attempts we made to complain were totally ignored. Be warned....

I called into the hotel for a quiet pint but felt very threatned by the atmosphere in the place.there were a lot of very drunk people acting in a wild manner and i was scared for my safety.Two days latter i said i would go again but it was the same again.The bartender said that they were tormented by 'them' but he did not say who 'them' were.sorry i wouldn't go there again.

My wife and i stayed in the Killarney Heights. The bedrooms were great, the staff on the whole were good but alot of their english wasn't made it hard ordering drinks in a noisey bar.

I decided to take a trip to Ireland this year with my partner and we stayed in various places around the south west of Ireland as well as Dublin. Out of all the top hotels we stayed in, the Killarney Heights was the place with the most atmosphere, the best bedrooms and the best value for money. We especially loved the restaurant (excellent food) and the friendliness of staff...top notch!

I work for the Tourism Board. Myself and my partner decided to visit Co. Kerry, and what better place than Killarney! The Killarney Heights Hotel was very pleasurable to stay in. COMFORTABLE, SPACIOUS AND WELCOMING are the words I use for this excellent hotel. We'll be back.
