    ... Philippines over 20 years ago until his death. Ma'am Rhodora a PhD in Education has been the leader since his death about 5 years ago. One if the original people to work with Ps Vic was Dr Bill seen at the pulpit here. Dr Bill has worked since the beginning with CHE in the Philippines. He is a practicing Neurologist in Cebu.     ... 6 years of being a true 'road Dawg' I made the move. My reasons: 1. stable government 2 one.dollar 40 pesos 3. 7100 islands in the country 4. nice people open to western cultures 5. most westernized country in Asia 6. most of the people speak fluent English 7. they love 80's music here (my era)
