This morning we went through several locks on the Main-Danube Canal, which has 16 locks in total and which allows ships to now travel from Rotterdam to the Black Sea. Our ship left port at 5 p.m. and had to go through another lock at the edge of Regensburg. Previous locks were wider than the ones we will be passing through for the next while.
