Day 7: Pigeon Forge is a kids' Vegas

A travel blog entry by elainesj on Jul 19, 2014

... when we got up. Then, we spent a half hour traversing the course - it was a blast!
Wonderworks was great for a 6 yr old. He was even able to do the ropes course with his dad helping him although he was a bit scared. There was lots of stuff he could do and only a few big rides he couldn't do.

The owner was really nice to him - he was having trouble catching the 2nd trout (with corn kernels!) and I explained we were pressed for time. After all this, we rejoined Phan and Thao at the motorcycle rental place and headed back for a bonfire at the cabin.

A travel blog entry by elainesj on Jul 13, 2014

... put the little ones in the creek a little lower down so they could skip the faster rapids which scared them. The rest of us loved the adrenaline rush of the first section.

The last section is pretty calm so Phan let Esen ride in his own tube and do the last section 3 or 4 times - which he loved. Before this, he sat in either Phan or Thao's lap.
