... The national park was the number one place to visit according to Trip Advisor and locals throughout all of China. As I mentioned earlier, here was where James Cameron shot Avatar. And funny enough, after scaling and hiking for two whole days in this place, to the Chinese, Avatar was not that big a deal to them. Yes, there were some pictures and a blue dragon you could take a photo with, but outside of that, it was as if China had never heard of the number one movie in history. ...

... travel involves a lot of document showing we had to be there pretty early and on arrival at Changsha Station we were greeted by two Giraffe cut bushes kissing each other (it was clearly going to be a long day). We sat in McDonalds for a good while (yes I have now eaten a McDonald's Breakfast and I hated it).

The train was comfortable enough (even after the 5 1/2 hours it took to reach Zhengjiajie. We were all sat reasonably close to each other which was good too. Next ...

... hiking to look at absolutely nothing I have no idea, but it was so funny. Even in the taxi on the way down the mountain, despite feeling horrendously sick, we saw some crazy things. Like the cow that charged down the road at our bus, and the villages that looked identical, and the tarmac just stopping whilst the road went round a bend, and then carrying on as if it had gone the whole way round.
