Managed to get hold of a Magsafe 1 to MagSafe 2 adapter for Vince from New Zealand - amazingly lots of the shops were open despite being New Years Day, including the very fancy Apple Shop at Convent Garden - extremely swish over 4 floors. So now he should be able to charge up his Apple laptop to charge up from the solar panel.

Looked around then caught bus 14 home - the tour of london with the last stop ending at Putney Heath (around an hour bus ride bus final stop is right down the road from the flat which is convenient).
