The goal of visiting Omaha was going to the supposed best zoo in the world. We arrived there at 10:30am and left at 4:15pm, shortly before they closed at 5pm. It's great having the GPS to navigate us around, and we had no issues getting there or back to the hotel. The farmers terrace the hillsides with a flat area, a sharper drop off, then another flatter area that is still sloped just not as steep.
