    ... checked out a few shops too. It looks like it's quite an arty alternative town as well as having the old traditionals here too. Locals are friendly and have heaps of dogs. They take it all for granted as one does when one grows up in a place.

    But check out the photos. I have rarely repeated shots of an arch so these will be almost all different ones, of various shapes and sizes. As well as a few other things I saw on my excursion.

    Set off from home just before 2.30pm. Had a good ride over on the motorway as you do. Got within 48miles of Manchester City and we had to drop down to 50mph then 40mph because of queueing.
