... then all the way through there were cheerleaders waving their pompoms and dancing or doing acrobatic moves. Peter told us that there is a tradition with the Syracuse team. When they come on court to start playing everyone stands up and claps. Then the tradition is that they stay standing and clapping until Syracuse scores their first basket. And then it snowed!!
On Friday evening we went to see a stage version of White Christmas at the Syracuse Stage. On the same evening the Christmas tree was being lit in Clinton Square and although the timing did not allow us to attend both events we drove past the tree and all the other lights in the city on the way home.
