      Well folks, I am off to India and I could not be more excited! I will be serving on a 15 day trip through Hope Worldwide in New Delhi, India. I will be located at a rehabilitation clinic for individuals with leprosy and at a school/orphanage in one of the largest slums of Asia. It was really nice to see everything set up and all in all I really enjoyed learning about how this stuff works from farm to market and all the work in between - all the people I met, the conversations I had, the loading and unloading, the stings and cuts from harvesting..... This is really hard work and it gives me a deeper appreciation for where my food comes from ...
