    ... and a few bits and pieces we'd need for our room, getting to our new home mid afternoon.

    Edd scrubbed the bathroom to within an inch of its life and I unpacked the groceries in the kitchen, then turning my attention to walk in wardrobe and our boxes and bags that needed to be put in drawers, on shelves and hung up.

    ... and we were home and tucked up in bed by 1am. It rained quite a bit on the way home and on Maroondah Highway near Bunnings the road was covered in thick hail which must have only recently happened. It was a few centimetres thick. When we arrived home the deck also had a lot of hail on it.
    In a few short hours we will be waking up to go back to work, it’s now Monday morning and another great holiday is done!

    ... our first year here in Melbourne, so we're always pleased and proud when we find that we're familiar with an area, or know how to get from one place to another without our GPS. At the moment we're not sure how we'll be celebrating our one year anniversary here, but we do have a few little trips planned.

    We'll try to update everyone more regularly as we go away on our little adventures, but don't hold your breath!

    ... see some rough seas, we have been very lucky with the weather so far and have had flat seas all the time we were crossing the Indian ocean and have only had the rough seas once we are sailing towards Yemmen in what I thought were protective waters.
