          ... they can do anything for you. Then persist with congenial conversation and finally drop the hard word - they want money. You really do then wonder about the structure of the American society that has so many rich but also so many who have nothing. All very sad really.           After we went for a traditional Chicago deep pan pizza at a place called "Gino's East" which Rob was recommended by his friend Matt. It was a really different place with lots of graffiti covering the walls (its meant to be like that) and furniture. It looks like a dump inside but the food smelt great.
