    ... at every dog we pass but they ignore us. It seems they only have Paris Hilton-style handbag dogs or Labradors or retrievers. Not one border collie in sight. We were concerned when we were walking in the snow in New York that it was cruel to take them out in those conditions (Kassy hates getting her feet wet in the rain) but we were assured by several owners that their dogs love the snow and after watching them joyously frolicking about we believed them.     Today we decided to do the south loop tour. Caught the bus to the stop to connect only to have the bus driver tell us, "there no narration on this tour and there's not much to see! it's mainly just to drop people at their hotels. Ok.     ... treatment was scheduled to begin September 9, and that's 5 days a week for 7 weeks. I’ll go home some weekends. I was tempted to continue to stay at the Cambridge Marriott “by the night” but the autumn hotel occupancy rates blocked the Dana Farber corporate rates. Every one of my favorite haunts are too expensive. A Boston long stay arrangement will be more convenient anyway.
