    ... The lake was lovely today. The further out you go the clearer the water it was lovely and warm towards the surface and cool but not cold underneath. It was very easy to swim in no current no waves no salt I reckon given enough time I could swim the whole lake but it would take while I don't think you could rush anything here!     ... and Jay it's funny because Bobby keeps getting their names wrong. We played in the Lake all afternoon it was great fun I can't wait for tomorrow! Daddy A day to relax. A very hot day.     Salzburg is beautiful. We got into the station in the afternoon, but couldnt go to where we were staying till later so shoved our bags into a locker at the station, paid to use the toilet and then made an obligatory stop outside mcdonalds to parasite off the wifi and load up some maps and nearby sites.     ... was a sort of mix of Paris with so much history and beautiful buildings (even a bridge with lover's locks) and Venice with old windy streets. Down the main street, Getriedegasse, there are elaborate shop signs overhead, some of which have been around for many generations or even hundreds of years. There's even a Starbucks and a McDonalds which one of my expat friends jokingly calls "The American Embassy."
