More walking today but something a little lower level – the
Ruta Cinco Villas (Five Village walk). A
circular walk taking in – you guessed it – five villages over 16.8 km.

... between Tordesillas and Salamanca in the heat of the day. We weren't too put off by this as we expected an easy 50 mile ride across largely flat terrain. After breakfast, a cup of tea/coffee and various pastries we got ourselves packed up, getting the tents down, stuff packed only took about 15 minutes but it took almost an hour to get the Land Rover packed and the roof load strapped down, we will have to try and improve on that!
