    Thanks to Kenneth we saved about 3 hours by travelling by train and ferry from Zealand to Germany instead of all the way around by train through Jutland. Talking of ferries reminds me that when we were up at Kronburg Castle the ferries cross from there to Sweden every 20 mins and in the fog they have to cross the paths of all the heavy ships using the Oresund Strait to the Baltic ( the East Sea to Scandinavians).

    ... Stralsund. This is a Heritage listed Hanseatic town and well worth stopping at. Small and compact and an easy walk around. More huge churches, cobbled street, tall Hansa houses and two excellent street singers. We had a fantastically good sausage at a busy cafe where the locals were queued for meals.
