... very nice block near a forest. Spent the rest of the day sight seeing at Lobbe where we had lunch and saw a windsurfing competition. Then drove to the beautiful coastal town of Binz which I think is the Gold Coast of Rugen, everything top notch. A great day with my best mate Jenny. 6.10.14 Insel Rugen Planned a slower day today, sun shining but windy, wind chill factor turned 15 degrees into 8 degrees. Went into Sassnitz and walked ...

Woke up about 9am to quickly get ready to catch the 10am bus into lübeck central city, where we would go shopping!! We each spent far too much, me buying MORE shoes! It was so windy that we could not ride our bikes across the big bridge and it was even difficult to hang on to them when we walked. However this town is lovely. Beautiful beach, promenade, lots of restaurants etc. we will take the week and make our way to Kiel where we will ...

Today, I went up to Hamburg to meet up with my mom's coworker's friend's daughter. She lives in Hamburg and is currently studying Fashion Management. We went and took a bus tour around the city which was mainly in German and I understood most of it! We then had lunch on the lake and walked around the city until she had to go to work.

I promise I will have more exciting things to write about this week!
