I'm glad I didn't listen to the weather app that listed rain and defer this activity until tomorrow as it was the perfect day today.  Once back at Zurich HB, or headquarters, I caught the tram over to Bürkliplatz to take a boat along the Limmat River. We found a cute cafe, where we bought coffee or water and some delicious croissants. Then we found a nice place to sit ...

To end the evening, some of us sampled a variety of European beers and Swiss chocolate (in the form of Easter rabbits, of course – and yes, it's everything we wanted it to be and more!) before turning in. For our first full day in Lucerne we woke up early in the hopes to make it to Mount Pilatus. However, it turned out to be cloudy and rainy. Mt. Pilatus rises above the cloud line, so our view would have been obstructed, thus ...

... barking up the wrong tree.

Argument 3: You’re not going to see anything real.
The give: Outside of your hotel, there’s no freedom to go anywhere without the chaperonage
of your guide, and every site you visit somehow exaggeratingly glorifies the Great Leaders, the military or the hyperbolic feats of the Korean people.

The take: No amount of political theater can hide North Korea’s decrepit infrastructure,
    vacant roads ...
