Although almost an hour had passed, I was surprised when we soon arrived at the Amazake Chaya (tea house). Will had recently awoken as I had slipped and jolted him from his nap. Fortunately he was happy to find himself hiking with Mommy and Daddy. Since neither Mike nor I are big tea drinkers, we didn’t feel like ...

The surrounding gardens are beautiful with 2 waterfalls and a small shrine. ... first time I saw Japanese youth using iPads to pass the time. We soon joined the swarm of people at the bridge to Enoshima. Basically, it was a line to the island. I was starving and plenty of restaurants were located at the island entrance. However, the lines & crowds were discouraging. A fast food joint called Shonan burger had the shortest wait and French fries for Will. Looking at the pictures, none of the burgers appeared to have beef; I'm not sure ...
