      Hi all, Big couple days , we had a slow run up to Whistler with snow and slippery roads, arrived at Sliding Centre for our 1pm Skeleton runs.....Pat was stopped from going on as he was 2 kilograms over the weight limit , bummer (he said muscle weighs more than fat?? Go figure but rules are rules ??) Anyway I got to run and had a hoot at 98.4 kms per hour and came 8th in our race group ...

      ... of the mountains and the sea, will be higher!! The lookout was interest, and the views spectacular but there are so many tall buildings. Neverless we both love Vancouver.

      Next we went to photograph the lights and sunset at False Creek. Fun, cold and we were both pleased to get home to supper and some wine. A lovely last day in Vancouver.

      ... have been proud of us 'oldies'!! At the top the views were even better, Mount Baker, in the U.S., covered in snow, and the coast is wonderful. Vancouver is an absolutely beautiful - even your Father said he could live here Ian and Jeff!!!
