We managed to cover all the tracks in the park and were done by about 4:20 pm so we got a good connection on the free shuttle bus and got to the Gastown around 5 pm where we met up with the wives. We had a coffee and started our walk back to Waterfront Station when John & I decided ...

The rain forest board walk was really quite spectacular with height of the fir trees and lush green growth.

Leaving here on 5am train (early rise) for San Francisco travel on Starlight express for 24 hrs. .then across to Les Vegas for 2 nights.

So not sure when the next entry will be.

Today I decided to chill a bit more because yesterday was pretty full of activity. I got up around 8:30, threw on my Nike capris and took a walk toward Commercial Drive for coffee. I thought I would find a non-Starbucks place, but I ended up there anyway because even if they are everywhere, it's a solid product. And, I got to sample a free pumpkin spice latte. (Oops, I mean a PSL for you diehard fans). Score!
