A couple of bear stories for you. The day after we left Jasper, a grizzly bear attacked a cyclist. He fell face first and the bear was on him mauling his backpack. Luckily for him he had a can of bearspray in his bag which went off frightening the bear away.

Our icepath drive told us about this ******** who decided to grab some shots ...

... rain. Unfortunately, Jeff has pulled a hamstring or groin muscle so he had to sit out the tour. He spent his time in the coffee shop reading his Kindle and listening to the conversations around him. Our room at the Empress hotel is wonderful. We have a 1 bedroom suite that looks out on the harbor. We will explore tomorrow....after we get dinner and a good night's ...
