... hidden secret places in an area. This was to a bomb shelter at the side of a park in the township. In World War II this bomb shelter was used for protection. Ucluelet and Tofino (the town at the other end of the peninsula) had air bases that guarded the West Coast. We could have entered it, but the listing advised a torch and ours was packed away.
