    Our second home exchange was in southern Bavaria about 125 kilometres from Munich for 2 weeks. Penny joined us in a large house set in an equally large wooded garden. Pfarrkirchen and other towns in the region are really nice, Passau being my favourite. The buildings are mostly painted pastel colours.

(Now Prague is not sad or neglected it has a happy, carefree fee) A lot of people call it the most beautiful city in Europe and it is certainly that.     ... a couple of other locations used in the film, but the weather was too bad to get good photos. Bus dropped us at the edge of the old city - streets were far too narrow for buses. Took a walk through parts of the city, but no time to take it all in as we were running a bit late from the traffic. Lunch at the oldest restaurant in Europe (803AD).
