The only negative about my experience is that the complimentary wifi was very slow. I assume this is a temporary problem because it started off fast and on previous visits I have had no problems.

Also if you don't hang your do not disturb sign, housekeeping come in around 9am.

... seeing anyone in my family for the next four months will definitely be the hardest part of my time abroad. The lack of Skippy peanut butter comes in a CLOSE second. I will just have to make do.

Time has gone by so fast, I can't believe the next time I'm at Catholic I will be a senior. I'm going to miss my cloister apartment, the ridiculous friends I've made there, and my co-workers at the Law School. The only thing that will keep me going is that, well, ...

... what it would have been like had I gone there instead. It ended up being a great night. Saturday my sister Kassie drove in from PA, and she came to sit with me while I got my hair blown out at the salon. You see the Dominicans, they are really good at blowing out hair to be straight... something about their wrists that normal people just can't do, haha. So we did that and then we went to the mall, but since the Garden State Plaza is so huge we had ...

... locked. So we called the contact number we had, and talked to the principal.

      "We're here behind the building."
"Great! You see those reserved parking spaces by the dumpster?"
"Just pull into one of those. They're right next to the stairs that go into the auditorium. Or, if you don't want stairs--well, wait right there, I'll be right out."

So we waited and waited, but didn't see anybody coming out to greet us. Soon, I realized that the phone ...

... before i left St. Louis. When i started this journey, all i did was hit "shuffle" then "play." didn't touch it again until i rolled into the driveway in NJ. On a cautionary note, do NOT listen to a tori amos song while driving through Ohio (Oh-Hell-No) on a cold & rainy day, unless you have the Suicide Hot-line on speed-dial. Thanks Kevan. :)
