We did a Priceline deal at the very last minute coming into St. Louis (I didn't think it would work, but Tony insisted), and I was impressed with how great a place it got us, we were able to walk RIGHT across the street to the Arch! We plan to stay around here tomorrow and will probably head down I-55 Sunday.
The motorhome with its new tires worked beautifully and we had no problems. Phil, who
is as handy as Ron isn't, installed a couple of grab bars in critical spots so we old folks
can maneuver more safely,
Except for the wind on the travel days, weather has been cool but very nice and will be
getting warmer as we move south. Thats all for now, TTYL

Mini vacation!
... excitedly "There's a wedding reception across the street!" We could see on the top floor there was a wedding reception going on. I had been hearing the dj! We watched the bride and groom have their first dance. :) On Sunday we visited Kemp Auto Museum in Chesterfield. It had rare european cars and I had planned this for Jonathan. Progress Report
We are finally getting a little break from the heat. After 10 days over 100 and a
high of 107 it is supposed to stay in the low 90s today. We even had a brief
thundershower yesterday.
We do have the washer & dryer moved upstairs and running !!!
