This week was very busy but tons of fun. Just so you all know for future references; Heather and I are becoming big time geocachers. On Sunday, we decided to go geocaching. We went on our bikes and followed our gps to the first cache. The cache was at a church so of course a service was going on. As these people lived in the area they learned to farm... and they grew, corn, beans, squash, and cotton using techniques like canals, for irrigation... they built distinct red-on-buff pottery, they built ball courts, one room pit houses... and finally built homes and meeting areas on the side of the mountain ...
We're now in Arizona staying with Dan and Paulette Campbell, (Jeff's parents). They live in a gated community about 25 miles south of Phoenix.
We dropped our rental car at the airport, with Paulette going with Paul and me following with Dan. Our first taste of Mexican food at a restaurant they like.
