Bar-B-Q at Balaton
... to the birthday party upon arrival at the lake last Saturday, and despite the fact that most of the activities were in Hungarian we still had fun. We thought we had a fighting chance at charades, but even that is played differently. Nevertheless, I managed to guess "butter" and Zack got "gypsey" so on some level we were able to participate. Kaposvar
This morning Elizabeth showed us around her place; her garden is so large and she has many little creatures - chickens, cats and a dog.
Eva had to go to Kaposvar for a funeral, so we went along for the ride and toured the city on foot.

The Cabin and Karad
... city 1,000 years old and took a few pictures. We also stopped near the Balaton to have a look around and check out Tiheny Abbey. This was a lovely area with some great views.
At Eva's mother's (Elizabeth), we were fed squash soup, fried pork, scalloped potatoes and fresh bread, and dessert of plum cake.
People keep telling me I look like i'm in my 20's, so it's possible I may end up staying here instead of going home on the 24th!

Simon und ich gehen nochmal zum privatstrand.450 huf ist schon ne Menge, aber es sind gefühlte 50 Grad und ein bisschen ins Wasser gehen tut da gut.
