... from the hotel but when we arrive there is a long line out the door. So we head back to the Hilton and ate at Roy's, the Hawaiian fusion chain owned by Roy Yamaguchi. After trying the famous chocolate souffle for desert, we head back to the room and finally crash for the night. It's been a long journey, passing through some of the most remote regions of the world, but the experience has been memorable.
