The hotel was superb. Stayed in the Lil Rock Suite. Staffs handling the breakfast was however not that friendly and attentive to the guests or could say selective to only guests that perhaps they knew or have acquainted before. The pool was great and the guys handling the pool towel distribution were great!! The guys promoting the beach activities can get a bit annoying pushing their activities by the way. The beach.. well.. not that clean...
Word of advise if coming by public transport, it's best to rent a car rather then taking cabs all the time especially if you plan to travel around Penang Island.
