    ... so tired by now but didn't want to leave and be isolated but eventually i had to go and s few others were tired too. i went to tescos first and bought some water for the bus in the morning and I already had some breakfast bars in my bag to have in the morning.

    when I went back to my room my room mate had checked in already, it was kinda strange walking into a room in the dark with a stranger in the bed next to me. like whats the protocol? i wasnt sure ...

    ... the Royal Mile and back to the hotel for a bit of a break... Before getting dressed up for our last dinner out at The Doric (Edinburgh oldest gastro pub). The food was yummy, and so was the wine... Ate so much that we couldn't think of dessert. Our adventure today also included a stop at a bakery for cupcakes/sweets and hot chocolate :) so getting full didn't take very much! Early wake up tomorrow to get to the airport.... It's over :( Can't wait for the next ...

    ... few sources that the botanical gardens was a MUST SEE! Even if the kids didn't want to go, it was on our way back and they knew fish and chips were in our future. Badtanical Gardens or Boretanical Gardens were a few of the names given to these "gardens". It was terrible, thanks The Lord we didn't have to pay. The only admission they charge is entrance to these large "glass houses" (as they say). However, it was so windy that day, they were closed. We couldn't get ...

    Today, after some trip advisor research we hit Arthur's Seat, a huge ex volcano that overlooks Edinburgh. Trip Advisor reviews warned us it was a fair climb and it certainly was. It took us about 40 minutes to get to the top and we took the quick "radical" trail which pews pretty much straight up Ricky stairs. All the way up we got beautiful views that just got better as we ascended and we felt a great sense of achievement when we got up there. ...

    ... 5.30pm so about a 10 hour trip. It is a lovely and well looked after camp and has few rules posted around. The normal charge is 16.00 but for July and August it is 18.00 per night - so it is the 2nd highest we have paid. This camp is in the country side so had a walk after dinner.
