... while the other ran to the bathroom. Overall we made a great relay team with a few tense moments and "almost" accidents at some hand-over points. By the time the airline opened the check-in counters, we were fully detoxed and ready to conquer the world again. We handed our passports over to the lady at the check-in counter and instead of receiving a boarding ticket, she gave us the shocking news that we needed to produce proof of exiting Malaysia. The city centre was highlighted as a square of the red flashing lights on top of the tallest buildings, it was amazing.

Unfortunately this nice experience was ruined by a boy who was screaming at the top of his lungs. His ...

... I thought I might have to hike back to the fork, 1.5kms back! 7.5km hike and I sign out of the park, so they know I'm not dead, and head down a few side streets to find the bus stop. Standing, because I was so gross with sweat, I ride with initial pleasure in the AC bus. After a while, my wet clothes and that blasting AC unit don't combine well. I'm tired, cold and just want to be in a shower getting clean (at this point the sweat started drying and I smelt bad!) and then, ...
