... on a tartanilla (horse and cart). Chris was encouraged to jump up front with the driver, whilst myself, Jing, and Jho-einah squeezed ourselves into the cart. Not such a comfy ride, we were taken along a 'walking street' and down a side road where Jing lived with his cousin, Lloyd. Driving down this street felt like we were celebrities. ... like it ( the silence was bliss :)). There were lots of amens throughout the prayer so it was hard to work out when it was finished, even tho it was in english, but at the end everyone crossed themselves and began moving again. It’s the most unexpected religious event ive seen in my travels. You have to imagine it happen in the Coles supermarket nearest you :).

After a day in Bohol, we are on our way back to Cebu, on the ferry from Tagbilaran City... this time, starting at around 11:15AM, hence giving us a clear view during the ride....

As the inside of the ferry kept us occupied with some hollywood movie being played, I was more interested in viewing the many flying fishes that are trying to fly/swim away from the speeding ferry..... what a sight.. to see these fishes leap out of the water.. and fly for a few ...

... as him and his people are looking after the reef. It sounds a bit dodgy, but I pay him and the receipts he gives me look genuine. Next, we head to a nearby island that you are not allowed to land on but we do anyway. I ask about this, confused cause they tell me if you land there you have to pay. ... they relieved us of our backpacks (storing them on the roof of the bus) and upstairs on the ferry we went for the 2 hour ride. When we got to Danao the bus was waiting for us to board.
