The Blue Star ferry to Paros left on time and was a very comfortable ride from Piraeus (Athens Port), to the Island of Paros. The taxi met us at the ferry port in Parikia and drove us to the Hotel Senia in the town of Naoussa. We got lucky and our room was upgraded by the owner, Senia, to include a jacuzzi tub. ... Caleb and I ventured out to watch Portugal vrs France at 9:45PM. As we got to the bottoms stairs of our place Caleb quipped 'Finally a boys night out'... ... In some parts, the trail was entirely taken over by the vegetation. We unfortunately was wearing shorts (my fault) and we went getting cut left and right by these sharp and inhospitable plants. During 2/3 into the downhill hike, we were walking beside a 2 metre loosely built rock wall. It was topped with another 1 metre poky rusty metal flexible fencing.
