So they were trying to find a new vein and inject a new drip whilst starting the ultrasound at the same time and both were on the same side - hello, I thought, there's a live person down here somewhere too!       ... 8211; Iolani Palace since it used to be the official residence of the Hawaiian Kingdom´s last two monarchs from 1882 to 1893: King Kalakaua and his sister and successor, Queen Liliuokalani. We didn´t enter the palace itself but at least had a chance to watch a short film on the history of the palace for free.
