It is quite amazing getting snorkeling out into the water a bit, then looking back to the shore, seeing this beach lined with Palm trees with the dramatic backdrop ...

... restored 'Elvis - Blue Hawaii' MG in it. At 6 pm the Armidale mob gathered in the hotel foyer for dinner. Found a not so crowded restrauant, Atlantis Steak and seafood on KalaKaua Ave that could take a table of 12. Not a bad place and the service was typical of the US, excellent. After dinner, a short stroll back to our hotel picking up so me groceries for the week as our room had a kitchenette in it. After scanning the TV channels for a while and ringing homeI was ready for a decent ...
