    Skiathos, Greece

Back to Greece one last time before our final stop in Istanbul. OH NO…this trip is close to the final port! I don't want it to end. How can we make this last? Surrounded by this beauty, our friends, the other ship board guests with whom we’ve chatted – I don’t want it to end!

Another flotilla member got into trouble with a Genoa that they could not put away or deploy fully. Glad it was not us!! We arrived early and after an initial concern that we might not have enough water under our keel we were parked up with the help of other flotilla members. Assorted crew members had lots of snoozing time whilst the true adults did ...

Well. Where to start. After a good sail to Skopelos town we were confined to port as we had very high winds forecast. The town is not a bad place to be storm bound. After a bit of shopping we sent Claire and Sam off with Tilly and Bethany to a beach. Richard and Ed wanted to hire scooters. I did not think that scooters were a great plan. I don't like them.

    All was good and ...
